Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders shipped from our Italy warehouse may take up to 8 business days to arrive, depending on your location and customs clearance.

UAE (Domestic): 2–5 business days
International: 7–14 business days depending on destination

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items received after this 7-day window cannot be accepted for a refund.

Return Care & Logistics Fee: To ensure every piece remains in immaculate condition, preference-based returns are subject to a 25 AED return courier and inspection fee, which will be automatically deducted from your final refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

International Returns: Customers outside our primary delivery zone are responsible for international return shipping costs, as well as any associated duties or taxes.

Refunds & Processing

Once your return package arrives back at our facilities, our team will process your request using the following timeline:

1. Inspection	Please allow 3–5 business days for our quality control team to thoroughly inspect the item's condition.
2. Notification	We will send you an email confirmation notifying you of the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Credit Reimbursement	If approved, your refund is processed immediately. A credit will automatically reflect on your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
