Refund policy

 

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. 

Return Care & Logistics Fee: To ensure every piece remains in immaculate condition, preference-based returns are subject to a 25 AED return courier and inspection fee, which will be automatically deducted from your final refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

International Returns: Customers outside our primary delivery zone are responsible for international return shipping costs, as well as any associated duties or taxes.

Refunds & Processing

Once your return package arrives back at our facilities, our team will process your request using the following timeline:

1. Inspection Please allow 3–5 business days for our quality control team to thoroughly inspect the item's condition.
2. Notification We will send you an email confirmation notifying you of the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Credit Reimbursement If approved, your refund is processed immediately. A credit will automatically reflect on your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
